A fragrant mixture of local spices is applied to the skin to help drain the lymph, soothe muscles and cleanse and nourish the skin. A traditional head massage is given while the wrap works its magic.

spa etiquette

Our Spa is a place for guests to rest and relax in a quiet and peaceful environment.
Mobile phones, cameras and smoking are not permitted.

 Arrival Time

Guests are requested to arrive at least 15 minutes before their treatment is due to begin, to allow time to complete a spa consultation form without feeling rushed. We recommend that guests arrive up to an hour before their treatment, to make the most of the facilities. Unfortunately, late arrivals will mean less treatment time.

 Cancellation Policy

We understand that schedules change and will do our best to accommodate guests’ needs. Since spa appointments are reserved especially for the guest, we ask that a minimum of six hours’ cancellation notice is given. Appointments cancelled less than six hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 100 per cent cancellation fee.

 Spa Attire

Robes and disposable spa underwear will be provided. Our therapists are trained in professional draping techniques, to ensure the comfort and privacy of guests during treatments.

For best results, we recommend a shave before a facial treatment.

 Children

Children must be 14 years or above to enter the Spa facilities.

 Pregnancy

Our team of spa experts will assist in the selection of the most suitable treatments for expecting mothers.

We advise guests not to bring or wear valuables to the Spa and recommend that these are stored in the safe in their hotel suite or villa. There is a safe place where guests can leave their personal belongings during their treatment, however please note that the Spa does not assume liability for any loss or damage to personal property.
